I'm back but too tired to update...huhuhu.. My hubby has flown off to Kota Bahru and i'm back in the office Traffic was so bad yesterday...it was practically crawling from JB to KL.
Earlier on Saturday morning, we drove at 160-170kmph and we reached JB with 2 and half hours, talk about speed demons...wakaka....
I'll update once i'm good and ready That should be soon...
Some of the stuff i shopped on my first day...hihi...Terkejut driver ku bila tgk brg2 banyak sgt. Masa dtg, just a few luggages je..time nak balik, a whole trolly load of my stuff...That said, i have a few tips and pointers utk those yg x pernah pergi S'pore to shop. Ok later i update lagi ya...
How has everyone been? I hope everyone is doing well. I'm doing Ok. My hunt for my Gucci flats in Singapore proved to be unfruitful...huahaua.... They did not have my size. Same goes for Malaysia (MY). I was prepared to pay slightly more in SG (Singapore) had they carried my size for the flats that i wanted. But too bad...nothing enticed me from Gucci. Anything that i want was either sold out, too big or too small.
OK for those of you wanting to go to the GSS (Great Singapore Sale)..Do check the Malaysian prices of the things that u r targeting to buy in SG. Due to the exchange rate, i feel that things such as clothes, bags and shoes are much cheaper here even with the GSS!!
I hv compared prices at the Gucci sale MY before going to SG and MY is definitely cheaper. That's why we see, a lot of Singaporeans shop at Pavillion..
The things that u should buy, should be things that are not available here in MY or things which are cheaper there in SG. Things that are cheaper are things like household stuff. For example: cutlery, cookware, dinnerware...Here the range is wider and also cheaper.
I got myself the WMF cook ware that i've always wanted. Did not get the ZWILLING J.A. HENCKELS cutlery and knives though...maybe insyallah next trip. I did not want to get taxed on exit, so had to be prudent in shopping....
Ah...and kalau pergi SG ni, tak sah kalau i tak beli Pyrex ke, Corelle ke...it's cheap here...But be careful ladies, this is taxable tau...ikut nasib kita la...I did not get taxed though...I did not get the dinner set, i have that already. Just got the storage stuff including the Corelle Light series...
Ni i plan for every day use...
See it's cheap kan?
This is for my bakal anak sedara...yang belum keluar lagi dari perut mommy dia...Malas nak kirim from UK, so got it from SG coz it has that lovely red Avent Diaper Bag with insulation lagi for baby's bottle.
Ni pun for bakal anak sedara..this was too cute to resist, from RL
Aha...my WMF set...maybe for my new house kot....wakakaka...lambat lagi siap tu...

Oh i saw Syed Budriz (ex-hubby fauziah latiff) at the hotel we were staying, he drove his Ferrari -BBB1...tak nampak tua langsung la dia ni, tapi dah gemuk la....hihi... Juliana Banos was in SG too..
Meritus Mandarin is still my fav hotel...hahaha....under renovation pun hotel penuh beb!! Location - Very Strategic!! We can shop, and go back hotel to send the goods, go back shopping lagi and lagi...

My cousin just replied my email on the prices for the Chanel bags that i like in UK. She's staying in Manchester and coming back this 26th. First i got a shock when i found that GBP (Great British Pound) has appreciated so much since April this year. In April, it was just GBP1 = RM5.20. That's when i got her to get me that LV sling bag that i wanted. Oh my god, i saved so much for that LV.
Look at the prices for the stuff i shortlisted: 1. A28600 Y01295 21209 - 1920 pounds Beige lamb skin with gold chains classic jumbo
Apparently, i have lots of silent readers yang malu-malu kucing nak bertanya anything here. OK if u wanna ask me anything featured here at My Towkei's blog..u can email me personally or YM me at:

YUP, CONFIRMED!! TOPIC SLIMMING NI MMG TERSANGAT POPULAR...MANY HAVE ASKED ME HOW I SLIMMED DOWN SO MUCH IN THE PAST FEW MONTHS...OK KALAU MALU TAPI NAK TANYA2, CAN EMAIL ME AS PER ABOVE YA.
Asyik-asyik...dok cerita about shopping je kan...let's dicuss matters which are close to all of us!! It's about slimming, staying trim and slim...hahaha....whoaaa...boy..me email pagi ni...dipenuhi oleh emails on this..Thanks ladies...will get down to answering them one by one...But here i just place a general guide, on things that i really do in real life untuk really slim down.
1. Plan yr meal times
I eat at the same time most of the days. Only Sunday or Saturday yg my meals are bit haywire and consumption more than the rest of the week. Bit of a treat la for me. I have breakfast at 8.15am, usually roti bakar or pau or kuih. I don't take nasi lemak, and stay clear from roti canai!!
My lunch is at 12noon. Its usually salad, mihun sup, mee hoon, pie, occasionally rice.
I snack at abt 4pm - I snack on fruits like grapes, oranges - sometimes coffee and weetameal by Jacobs.
Dinner is by 8pm - Lagi awal lagi bagus. Dinner can be 3-4 tablespoon of rice with fish or chicken. I used to eat rice, once a week, but ever since, i lived nearer to my mom, i hv been eating more rice. But rice is best avoided - take those health cereals with low fat milk, or salad for dinner.
I consider, eating good food at rumah Mak Su, rumah adik2 ipar i - anne, anis and vic as a treat for myself as they are good cooks. Other than that, i will stick to my diet.
2. Eat slowly and in small portions, better still use fork and spoon instead of yr hands...hahaha...
3. Have the whole family eating healthy. This will make yr target more achievable!!
4. Exercise...(i try to do this more often than what i'm doing now, still trying to improve in this section).
5. Puasa pun bagus!!
6. Drink a lot of water - a lot..a lot...
7. Ramai yg ada masalah berat badan disebabkan oleh masalah sembelit, like me, poor digestive system since young, improve on this. If fruits dont help much, try buying products that will help u. Go on a colon cleansing regime. Have u ever heard of Psyllium Husk. A friend told me about this, i hv since incorporated this is a part of my lifestyle!
Psyllium Husk is basically fiber as it is essentially made up of complex carbohydrates. Psyllium Husk is extracted from Psyllium, a plant. It's the coating around the seed of the Psyllium plant, so it's completely natural.
Psyllium seeds are used for other ailments. Psyllium husks are taken and inserted inside capsules, so that they can taken as supplements. Or they can be converted into powder.
Psyllium is important for many reasons. Since it contains carbohydrates, it can help diarrhea. It can help ease the pain of hemorrhoids and cystitis. - Psyllium Husks have anti-inflammatory properties, and can be beneficial for those with diabetes. In some studies, it has been shown that Psyllium Husk can improve lipid control in Type 2 diabetes. - aid in weight loss control - maintains healthy cholesterol levels - maintains healthy blood pressure levels - treat IBS, and hemorrhoids. - treat yeast infections. - it pushes out mucoid plaque.
OK folks, i need to continue with work...but do email me!! I love reading and helping u guys!! Thanks
